SHIPPING & RETURNS

SIZING IS IMPORTANT—PLEASE MEASURE YOUR PUP

Our dog apparel sizes run small and are not based on your dog’s weight, breed, or visually estimated size. Weight alone does not guarantee the correct fit.

We strongly recommend measuring your pup and selecting a size according to our Size Chart. If your pup’s measurements fall between two sizes—or you are still uncertain about the fit—we recommend ordering one size larger to be safe.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because every order is custom printed when it is received, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Choosing an incorrect color, design, style, or quantity
• A change of mind after the item has been printed
• A fit issue caused by ordering without using our size chart

Please carefully review your selections and measurements before placing your order.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and determine whether the order qualifies for a return, exchange, replacement, or other resolution. We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, or printing issue before approving the request.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for an approved return or exchange.

APPROVED RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your return or exchange is approved by Doggie & Pawbana:

1. The item must be repackaged and shipped within 7 business days of approval.
2. You must send us the return tracking information as soon as the package has been shipped.
3. We will provide the correct return address when your request is approved. This address may differ from the mailing address on our Contact page.
4. Depending on the reason, you may be responsible for return shipping, packaging, and purchasing your return label.
5. Packages sent without prior approval may be refused and may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original and expedited shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Doggie & Pawbana.
